1. Acceptance

By downloading or playing GeraQuest RPG you agree to these Terms.

2. License

Gera Services Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to play GeraQuest RPG for personal entertainment only.

3. GeraCoins

GeraCoins are virtual rewards with no monetary value. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Gera may modify the GeraCoins programme with 30 days notice.

4. User-Generated Content

If the game includes community features (screenshots, reviews, ratings), you retain ownership of content you create but grant Gera a licence to display it within the game and on marketing materials.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, or use the game commercially without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All game content, including story, characters, world design, and music, is owned by Gera Services Ltd or its licensors.

7. Disclaimers

GeraQuest RPG is provided "as is". Gera does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gera's total liability shall not exceed £10. Gera is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
